Returns

  • ***No returns due to the fact that everything is one of one, cut and made to order.

  • Ready to Ship: Only acceptable if received the wrong size, wrong color or wrong item.

  • If absolutely necessary, Request to return clothing via tani@taniriches.com with brief reasoning and proof of item. If authorized a return will be permitted. Only acceptable within 15 business days.

  • No stains or damage of any kind should be visible on garment nor is acceptable.

  • Items should still have original packaging and tags.

  • Tani By Tani is not responsible for any delays, damages or packages being lost once shipped by the carrier.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE.  

Exchanges

  • NO Exchanges unless you received the wrong size, wrong color or wrong item.

  • NO Exchanges for sale items. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Cancellations

  • Only within 24 hours. Only accepted before processing (manufacturing) has begun.
